Facebook and Instagram ads built on clean tracking, focused audiences and creative you test properly, so every budget decision is based on real data.
What we manage
We plan, build and run campaigns in Meta Ads Manager across Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and Audience Network. The work starts with the foundations most accounts get wrong: a tidy business portfolio, a Meta Pixel paired with the Conversions API, and the events your business actually cares about. From there we shape audiences, test creative in a structured way and report on what the numbers mean. If your Facebook Page or Instagram profile needs setting up or tidying before ads go live, we include that too, since a credible profile supports every ad that links to it. If you are still weighing up outside help, our guide to choosing a paid social media agency explains what to look for.
Tracking and data setup
Business portfolio, ad account permissions, domain verification, Meta Pixel and Conversions API configured so purchases and leads are recorded and deduplicated correctly.
Audience strategy
Advantage+ audience, lookalikes built from your customer or lead data, and retargeting of site visitors and engaged followers, structured so audiences do not compete with each other.
Creative testing
Reels, carousels and static images tested against clear hypotheses, with placements and formats sized for each surface and fresh variations added before results fade.
Leads and catalog sales
Lead ads with instant forms connected to your inbox or CRM, plus catalog and Advantage+ sales campaigns for online stores selling many products.
Common account problems
Most underperforming Meta accounts are not short of budget. They are short of reliable data, focus and fresh creative. When the pixel fires twice, when ten small ad sets split a modest budget, or when the same image runs for months, the delivery system has little useful signal to work with and costs drift upward. Below are the issues we check for first during a review. Each one can usually be traced to a specific setting, event or structure decision, which means each one can be fixed in a clear, deliberate order.
- Tracking and attribution
- Pixel events firing twice
- No Conversions API connection
- Unverified domain or missing events
- Wrong conversion event optimised
- Campaign structure
- Budget split across too many ad sets
- Overlapping audiences bidding against themselves
- Constant edits resetting the learning phase
- Wrong objective for the business goal
- Creative and offer
- Same ads running for months
- No vertical video for Reels
- Weak hook in first seconds
- Landing page that contradicts the ad
How we work
Every engagement follows the same steps, so you always know what is happening and why.
- Free review. We look at your business portfolio, ad account, pixel and event data, past campaigns and landing pages, then explain what is working, what is broken and where the clearest opportunities sit.
- Tracking foundations. We fix or set up the Meta Pixel, Conversions API, domain verification and standard events, and add UTM parameters (our free UTM builder makes this quick) so ad traffic is labelled correctly in your analytics.
- Campaign plan. We agree goals, objectives, audiences, budget split and the first round of creative tests, and write them down so everyone works from the same plan.
- Launch and testing. Campaigns go live with a simple structure, then we test creative, offers and audiences one variable at a time instead of changing everything at once.
- Optimise and scale. We move budget toward ads and audiences that bring real leads or sales, refresh creative before fatigue sets in, and pause what is not earning its spend.
- Plain-English reporting. You receive regular reports covering spend, results and cost per result, with notes on what changed, why it changed and what we plan to do next.

Popular questions
Straight answers to the questions business owners ask most before handing over their Facebook and Instagram advertising. If yours is not covered here, email contact@softlearnhub.com and we will reply.

Do I need the Conversions API if I already have the Meta Pixel?
In most cases, yes. The pixel runs in the visitor’s browser, so ad blockers, cookie choices and browser privacy features can stop some events from reaching Meta. The Conversions API sends the same events from your server or platform. Used together with matching event IDs, Meta deduplicates them, giving the delivery system more complete data to optimise against.
Who owns the ad account and the data?
You do. We work inside your own business portfolio as a partner with the access level we need, and your payment method stays on your account. If our work together ends, you keep the ad account, pixel, audiences, campaign history and creative. We will not run your ads from an account you cannot see or control.
Should I use lead ads or send people to my website?
It depends on what happens after the lead. Lead ads use instant forms that open inside Facebook or Instagram, so they usually collect more submissions with less effort from the user. Website forms add friction but can filter for more serious enquiries. We often test both, and connect lead ads to your inbox or CRM so leads are contacted quickly.
Can you run ads for my Shopify or online store?
Yes. We connect your product catalog to Meta Commerce Manager, check that pixel and Conversions API purchase events carry the right values and product IDs, and then run catalog ads and Advantage+ sales campaigns. If the store itself needs work first, our Shopify store development service can handle that side.
Do you also manage my organic Facebook and Instagram posting?
Our focus is paid advertising, so we do not offer ongoing content calendars or community management. We do set up or tidy your Facebook Page and Instagram profile when that helps the ads, such as completing business details, linking accounts in your business portfolio, and making sure the profile looks trustworthy to people who click through from an ad.
