Soft Learn Hub (“we”, “us”, “our”) publishes free digital marketing and design tutorials. We also provide done-for-you digital marketing services: SEO, paid ads, social media marketing, web design, and branding.
This policy explains what personal data we collect through softlearnhub.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We are a fully remote team. Contact us at contact@softlearnhub.com for any privacy question or request.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us directly:
- Contact form submissions — your name, email address, and message, when you use our contact form to reach us.
- Newsletter sign-up — your email address, if you choose to subscribe to updates. We use Mailchimp to manage this list.
- Client project information — if you engage us for a paid service, information you share to scope and deliver that work (e.g. website, ad account, or social account access), used only for the agreed engagement.
Information collected automatically:
- Standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, collected via server logs and analytics.
- Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 3).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to enquiries and provide the services you request
- Send newsletter updates if you subscribed (you can unsubscribe anytime via the link in any email)
- Understand how visitors use the site so we can improve our tutorials and pages
- Detect and prevent abuse, spam, and security threats
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Like most websites, softlearnhub.com uses cookies. When you first visit, a cookie banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies. Here’s what we currently use:

You can change your cookie choice at any time. Use the “Revoke consent” option in the cookie banner, or clear cookies in your browser.
4. Third-Party Services We Use
We rely on a small number of third-party providers to run this site and our business. Each processes data under its own privacy policy:
- Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Ads, AdSense, Search Console) — Google Privacy Policy
- Mailchimp (newsletter delivery) — Mailchimp Privacy Policy
- Hostinger (web hosting) — Hostinger Privacy Policy
- Wordfence (security monitoring) — may log IP addresses of requests that trigger security rules, used only to protect the site.
We do not control these providers’ own tracking. If you have questions about how they handle data, we encourage you to review their policies directly.
5. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over the personal data we hold about you. These can include the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time — for example, by unsubscribing from our newsletter or revoking cookie consent.
If you are in the European Economic Area or UK, these rights come from the GDPR. If you are a California resident, you have similar rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what we collect and to request deletion. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of in that respect.

6. Data Retention
We keep contact form and newsletter data for as long as needed to respond to you, or while you remain subscribed. We keep client engagement data for as long as needed for that engagement, plus any legal or accounting requirement afterward.
You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time, subject to any legal obligation we may have to keep it.
7. Children’s Privacy
This site and our services are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or the minimum age required in your country. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, including HTTPS encryption and security monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International Visitors
We are a remote team. Our hosting and third-party providers may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States. By using this site, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in such countries, which may have different data protection laws than your own.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. We encourage you to review it periodically.
